1. Appraising an Apartment
To create a valuation dossier for an apartment, follow the steps below:

Click on the Create dossier button. Enter the Title of the property if you wish (e.g. type of property followed by location, customer's surname, etc.), then enter the Address.

Once the address has been validated, PriceHubble will automatically suggest the Building year, Net Living area, Land area and Energy rating (Score from A to G).
These pre-filled fields will be highlighted in yellow to make them easier to find.
If this information needs to be updated, enter new values in the corresponding fields; the pre-filled data will then be replaced.
