Step 1:
From the Buildings (Building Analyser) option, click on Create asset.
Step 2:

⚠️ Note: Only fields marked with an * are mandatory.
The following fields allow you to:
Title: Enter an appropriate title to easily find the analysis (for example, the building’s address).
Address: Enter the address of the building to be analyzed.
Building year: Enter the year the building was constructed. For renovations, enter the building’s original construction year, not the year of renovation.
Number of floors: Enter the total number of floors in the building, including the ground floor, but excluding any unfinished levels.
New building: Check this box if the building is newly constructed.

Step 3:
Click on the Create asset button at the bottom right of the window. At this stage, the building has been created but does not yet include any units. In the Details tab, a Quick Market Overview is displayed for a few typical areas.
To add a unit, there are two options:
Create each unit in the building manually by filling in its characteristics.
Or upload all units of the building at once using an Excel file.
⚠️ Note: This option allows you to upload up to 100 units per building.
2. Automatically upload a building’s units using an Excel file
You have two options to directly import a large number of residential units into the tool: Manual and Automated.
Manual Mode: Upload via Excel
In this mode, first download the Excel template provided by PriceHubble, then fill it in with your own data. With this method, it is important to follow the template’s formatting exactly.
Automated Mode: Automated field mapping with XLS, CSV, TSV, XML, or JSON files
In Automatic Mode, you can choose from a wider range of file types, and there is no need to follow a specific formatting. The tool guides you step by step to map the corresponding fields.
⚠️ Note: We recommend using Automated Mode for creating units. Follow these steps:
Step 1:
Click on download the Excel Template (.xlsx). This is the PriceHubble template in which you enter the information for the units of your building.
Step 2:
Once the template is downloaded, fill it in with the necessary data.
In the column headers, a comment explains how to complete each cell.
Step 3:
Save the file. Then click on Upload file to import the Excel file.
If the template is filled in correctly, the units will automatically appear on the platform with their associated estimates.

Step 4 :
Select the sheet to be considered for import. Step 5:
Indicate which row of the sheet corresponds to the header (titles/column headers).Step 6:
Map the columns. Some information can be assigned automatically, while other fields need to be mapped manually.Step 7:
Review the entries and import the units.
======
In the same way that you can upload units to the tool using files, you can also export them as a PDF or Excel file.
To do this, click on the three dots at the top center, then select the Share function.
3. Description of the Overview tab
In the Overview section, you will find the building’s valuation in the Details tab. The market price corresponds to the sum of the prices of the building’s units.
You can switch from the Market Prices tab to the Rent tabs (Net and Gross).
The Units tab allows you to view the list of all units in the building that have been previously uploaded to the platform, along with their valuations. You can click on each unit to see its specific characteristics and valuations (Market price / Net rent / Gross rent). You can also edit each unit directly on the platform by clicking on the three dots and selecting Edit.
The detailed dossier for each unit is available by clicking on the unit’s title. By clicking on the three dots, you can also export a PDF report (at the unit level).
On the left side of the interface, all modules specific to the PriceHubble platform are displayed (comparables, socio-economics, amenities, accessibility, and building projects). These modules help support the market analysis for the entered addresses and reinforce on-the-ground expertise.
⚠️ Note: Valuations are fixed in time. If needed, the analysis must be updated manually by clicking on the Update valuation option.
