Introduction

Once a dossier is saved, the address of a property is the only field that cannot be updated.

If you make a mistake with the address (typing error, incorrect geolocation, etc.), you can use the Duplicate a dossier to avoid having to create it again from scratch.

In this article, we'll explain what to do when the address of a dossier is incorrect.

Duplicate a dossier

• Step 1:
  From the relevant dossier, click on the option in the top right-hand corner.
• Step 2:
  Select Duplicate dossier option.

A new dossier will be created and the characteristics of the old one will be retained.

The address can then be changed.
