Manage users
1. Accessing organisation settings
If you have an account with the Administrator role, the Organisation Settings option will be available in the User Profile menu in the top right corner of the interface.
2. Discover further PriceHubble products
The first section of your Launchpad shows which tools you are already subscribed to and invites you to explore new PriceHubble products.
Click Explore under the product of your choice to open a detailed page presenting its main features and benefits.
3. Check credit usage or number of users
Keep track in real time of your remaining credits or available seats for your team members so you can anticipate your future needs.
4. Manage users
Administrators can manage their organisation’s users independently — create, modify, or deactivate a user account in just a few clicks!
In User Management, click View All.
1. To add a user: Click the Add User button, fill in the required fields (*), and check the Organisation Administrator box if the user should have the same rights and access as you. Then click the Add User button at the bottom right of the window to confirm.
2. To modify or deactivate a user: You can deactivate a user account or modify an existing one, for example, to change an email address. To do this, click the three dots to the right of the username.
3. To share login credentials with a new user:
Step 1: Create the user and share their username.
Step 2: The user must then go to https://dash.pricehubble.com/ and click Forgot Password on the login page. They must then enter their username and click Reset my password.
Step 3: The user will receive an email with a password reset link, which will allow them to log in to PriceHubble.
