1. Format not accepted

Only logos in PNG format can be uploaded to our platform. If the image is not in the correct format, the following tool can be used to convert it:

2. File size

An error may appear when uploading the logo if it is larger than 1MB, as our platform cannot support files larger than this size. If this is the case, the logo can be resized using the following tool:
